This includes completing the digital intake form and sending a completed copy of the "Wills for Cherry Hill First Responders"  (available in doc.x or PDF) below to SLSalinger@VolunteerUPLegalClinic.org. Once this occurs, you will receive an email advising that you are confirmed for this event.
